We began Junto Development Group as a web development company in 1999, named SoftSolutions.   Since then, we have branched out and grown into a network of pioneering individuals and organizations that can serve our clients from the ground up and venturing forward. Our intention is to support businesses and organizations in their endeavors, serve their customers and the community, and to meet their goals.   We consider our clients to be our Business Partners, believing that as they succeed, we succeed.

Christiane Petrin Lambert, MA, Co-Founder and Business/Organizational Development Director has worked in human services since 1993.  She has served as the Executive Director for organizations such as United Cerebral Palsy of Rhode and the RI Community Action Assocation.  She also has coordinated statewide quality assessment projects, organizational planning and development, as well as training and facilitation. She also teaches courses in web design and database development at the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI.

Scott Lambert, MS, Co-Founder and Software Developer has been a computer programmer since 1990.   He has worked a Programmer and Operations Manager in the telecommunications and publishing industries. He currently teaches Game Development, Software & Network Engineering, and Web Development as an Associate Professor at the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI.
